Honestly feel this is one of the most beautiful scenes I’ve ever had the pleasure of photographing. To the dismay of most, a thick fog filled the upper regions of Shenandoah National Park over the past couple days. But this layer of mist transformed the forest to something otherworldly, and kept the Memorial Day crowds to a minimum!
This is Dark Hollow Falls, a 70-ft cascade that tumbles over three layers (look at the very upper third of the shot to see its beginning).
