It was a beautifully foggy morning in downtown Cleveland, with most of the taller buildings disappearing into the clouds. At Mall A, the 'Fountain of Eternal Life' rises through the mist - a majestic tribute to the 5,552 Clevelanders who have perished in military service since 1899.
