Nimisila means "beautiful water" in American Indian. Throw in 20,000 Purple Martins coming into roost, and you have a the recipe for a magical evening paddle. This happens nightly in mid-to-late August at Summit Metroparks Nimisila Reservoir. Seriously, photos don't do this spectacle justice...I encourage you all to experience it for yourselves!
